Scope of Service: Brothers' Binz will clean, sanitize, and deodorize the selected number of bins on the customer's scheduled waste collection day, using hot pressure washing and pet-safe, environmentally conscious cleaning agents. Monthly and Annual plan customers receive 12 cleanings per year. Quarterly plan customers receive 4 cleanings per year.
Bin Access: I understand that service is performed on my scheduled trash collection day. I agree to ensure my bins are emptied and accessible at the curb prior to Brothers' Binz arriving. Brothers' Binz is not responsible for missed service if bins are inaccessible or not at the curb.
Monthly Plan — Cancellation: If I choose the Monthly Plan, I may cancel at any time by providing 30 days written notice to Brothers' Binz. I am responsible for payment through the end of the notice period.
Quarterly Plan — Billing: If I choose the Quarterly Plan, I will be billed once every 3 months per visit. I may cancel with 30 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Annual Plan — No Refunds: If I choose the Annual Plan, I understand it is paid in full upfront and is non-refundable once service has begun. No partial or pro-rated refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Missed Service: In the event Brothers' Binz is unable to complete a scheduled service due to equipment failure, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule the missed visit within 7 calendar days at no additional charge. No cash refunds will be issued for missed visits.
Third-Party Schedule: Service dates are coordinated with, but not guaranteed by, the local waste management company's collection schedule. Brothers' Binz is not liable for delays caused by changes to the waste collection schedule.
Additional Bins: Additional bins beyond the base rate are charged at 5 per bin per month (Monthly Plan), 0 per bin per visit (Quarterly Plan), or 50 per bin per year (Annual Plan). Changes to bin count must be requested in writing and take effect the following billing cycle.
